Cbr 600 stalls afeter warming up

I have a few questions for you. 1. Have you owned the bike since it was new? 2. Have you been able to rev beyond 3500 rpm prior?

unplug sensor on your kickstand.sounds like bad sensor

Sounds like the carbs were not properly cleaned or set up. Choke should cause the cold start rpms to be higher than what you are experiencing. Application of choke to a warmed up engine will usually cause the engine to stall.

check the battery cables where it bolts to the battery, frame , and starter solenoid, ( follow the cables from the battery)
make sure they are all clean and tight

need to blead the clutch or move the arm out away from the engine as it not lifting the clutch thus making the engine stall

I had an 07, I had to remove the lower and side fairings and then the bolts are visible, dont just lift it up because wires and the fuel line will be connected and tight. When you lift it, lift easily so you dont just rip everything, you should be able to lift it high enough to disconect the wires without damage.
