Trouble with VISTA & AOL on Inspiron 1420

I have a new Inspiron 1420 with Vista. I use AOL for email. While I'm writing an email it jumps to another line. or takes me back to the original email. It just isn't working well. What am I missing? Thanks

Hard drive dying no vista disk how do i save vista

Nothing you can do. Unless you have the serial numbers of the vista and office glued on the computer. in that case you call microsoft support and they should guide you to the web pages for the downloads.

How to turn off aol welcome screen on vista.

You can't, not unless you change your ISP to someone other than AOL. See this link for an explanation of how to minimize it. And this aol link for the results of searching "remove AOL welcome screen."
Find another ISP, and you can get free email addresses from gmail, windows live, etc., and not have to deal with all the extra stuff aol forces onto your system, that frequently bogs it down. That was my experience, years ago now. I've never looked back.
Good luck.

I hope this information allows you to resolve this issue. If you need further assistance, please post back with a comment to this thread.
If I've managed to answer your question or solve a problem, please take just a moment to rate this post....thanks!

How to upgrade from Vista Basic to Vista Premium.

You need a Vista premium disk to upgrade to Vista premium.

Just instert the Vista premium disk and start the installation.

If installation does not start, you will need to boot from setup CD, sometimes you have to change the bios boot sequence in bios settings, to start the installation from CD.
