Inbuilt webcam is not working

The acer aspire 4710's is not working. Even though the webcam is inbuilt,its not working...i couldn't find the webcam in my laptop...i tried all the software c.ds which we get along with laptop...

You need to redownload the drivers for your crystal eye web cam. Go to this link: http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers
When you get there, select "Notebook"...then select "Aspire". Then scroll down and select Aspire 4710 Then where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the camera driver software and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.
