Microsoft Access

You need to set up security and different profiles for different people. that is the safest way. But an easier way is to have you enter data in one form and them enter their data in another form. In their form edit the properties of the fields that you want left alone. You need to set the properties to locked in the form where they do their data entry but leave them unlocked where you do your data entry. Just creat a second form by saving the first one under a different name. Also you might want to remove the fields from the tab stop list.

Try checking the file association. Open the Control Panel, Click on Folder Options, Select the File Types tab, Scroll down to locate the PDF extension, Select the PDF extension, Look below in the Details for PDF extension and select Change, locate and select Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader, then make sure there is a check mark in the "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file", Click on OK and then close.

Printing a 2007 Word document on Word 2000 and yes I've tried the Converter but to no use.

Open the document in word 2007, click file, save as and in the save as dialog box at the very bottom is a field "save as type" Click the down arrow and scroll down to and select Word 6.0/95(*.doc)
In the File Name: field type a new name so that you don't save over your original.
Click save.
The new file will open in word 2000.
