The camcorder don't take photos!!!

The camcorder is ok to web cam, voice recorder and oen drive.
But I don't take photos or make videos with it.
I don't know I can do!!!
I am a brazilian consumer.
Please help me.

    Thanks. But I have a card 512mb.

    The camcorder is DV 6800.

    I buy it in 2006.

    I was very happy use it. Photos, videos about my home and family.

    But now my camcorder simply it does not bind. It did not fall in the soil. I do not have as to take off photos or to set in motion the video buttons. It only functions on to the computer. Thus I can use as a webcam and pen drive. Not even the voice recorder is functioning.

    The camcorder does not bind in the button to bind. The battery is new, I used of a friend who has the same machine. And the battery was loaded. I am thankful for your help.

Pls make it clear u Don't take photos or u cannot take photos is there a problem in taking photos if thats the case explain ur problem in detail

yes u can take photos from this cam sure and make videos as well all u need is memory card for that if it is not incl in the box u can always buy it cheap just check which type ur camera supports and buy it its cheap, this camera is more than just webcam so use it

if it doesn't work, the drive may be dead or just disconnected by a small chock,...

Mic not found in facebook+skype
Its because your web cam has no recorder or its turned of /or the recorder is blocked thats why your chat mate cant here your voice if not really then your chat mate has the problem... you should check if your web cam has a recorder or its turned on/ enabled if not really then buy and ask from the dealer.

Your Sony camcorder has internal hard-disk and records by default to this media. If this is full, you need to offload the recordings and free up some space on the disk. But to select the memory card you can do the following:

Selecting the recording media for movies:
Touch (MENU) [Show others] [MEDIA SETTINGS] (under
[MANAGE MEDIA] category) [MOVIE MEDIA SET].
The [MOVIE MEDIA SET] screen appears.

Touch the desired recording media.

Touch [YES] .OK
The recording medium is now changed.

For still images:
Selecting the recording media for photos
Touch (MENU) [Show others] [MEDIA SETTINGS] (under
[MANAGE MEDIA] category) [PHOTO MEDIA SET].
The [PHOTO MEDIA SET] screen appears.

Touch the desired recording media.

Touch [YES] .OK
The recording medium is changed.

How to make video with crystal eye web cam

Look for a piece of software called "Acer Crystal Eye webcam" in your start menu program list, or in your program files folder. This is a simple photo and video capture program that comes with your laptop. It is very similar to Apple's "Photo Booth" program if your familiar with that.

To start recording a video click on the camcorder icon, to stop click on it again. To take a picture click on the camera icon. All of your saved photos and videos will be displayed in a scrolling menu along the bottom of the program window. To delete a file click on it to highlight and then click the trash can icon. To open a file in a video player or photo view double click it. If you don't have this software I've included a link to download it from cnet.com below.

How to download photos from camcorder to computer
Your camera records photos on card. So, eject the card, put it onto any card reader, and simply copy your images onto PC.
Second tip - download or install USB driver for Your cam. After installing, connect it to PC. Your card appears like a new disc on Your system. Then copy photos.
Be careful! Don´t unplug the cam. Eject it from windows safely! And during transfer unplugging the card means data loss!

Audio on Dell Webcam Central And voice record isn't working
I have a Dell 1545 with Dell web cam central & I've had this issue. The problem is that Dell web cam central installs it's own microphone settings onto your laptop called something like Dell web cam Live!. This isn't the built in microphone in my laptop & maybe not yours either. You have to change the settings for your computer system & Dell web cam central. Go to start> control panel> sound> recording .. on mine there is an option for Microphone "High Definition Audio Device" ... that is the built in mic. You want that for your default & apply it. Also .. as a side note .. I disabled the web cam central Live! microphone completely from this window. Then open Dell web cam central & go to the "Record Video's" option. In the middle of this is an orange button with a video camera icon. Next to this on the same button is a little arrow pointing down .. click that. Under microphone .. choose Microphone "High Definition Audio Device" just like the sound option in control panel. I've done this & it's completely fixed. I can record videos with sound & use my built in mic in voice/video chat.

Deleted files from Olmpus recorder
Those voice recordings can be recovered provided not overwritten(if you keep taken more records, then possible). But do not be that worried as it is not so easy to be overwritten, you can try some audio recovery software to get them recovered. Here are some for your option. Both programs can also recover videos and photos.
