Computer does not boot up The problem maybe the RAM, it could be faulty or just needs reseating to make proper electrical contact.

Hi, sorry to hear you are having problems. When this happens it usually suggests that the CPU/system board has failed. If the laptop is still under warranty I would suggest taking it back because this is something that will be covered and they should be able to fix it or replace the laptop itself. Quite possible that the machine is defaulting to external display only. Check your BIOS for this and try any function keys/switches that are available.

this commonly occour when there are any complaints with the RAM module. try replacing them or unplug it and again reinsert it som times this can also be caused due o loose contact

Hook up just the AC Adapter to the laptop with the battery out and see if the video comes back by turning on the laptop.
If it doesn't then take out the memory and reseat each memory stick one at a time in each slot one at a time.
Try turning on the laptop after each stick reinsertion and see if you get video back.
If you don't then the last two things to try would be to take out the hard drive and the dvd drive.
After this if you turn it on and still don't get video then that means the motherboard is bad.
