Note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free).
Be sure to read through the full document first. Then, follow the instructions for setting up the cash register, starting on page 22 (Image 28 in the PDF version.) The instructions for having your business name print at the top of the receipt are "Programming a Header Message" (Page 28 / Image 34.) Your shop name will be "the header message."
To add a logo ( or business name ), you will need the software CV10:

Unfortunately, that particular model will only print "Made in China" on the receipts. You can always change the name of your business to whatever is printed on the receipts now. No big deal, as I know an oil and air filter company that diversified into the package delivery business and kept their old name: Purolator. If they can do it, so can you.
If you removed the batteries and lost all of the other programming but the old receipt message is still there, then someone has programmed a bitmap logo into the non volatile flash memory. You should take it to a dealer and get them to flash the logo back out and ask them to change it to a normal text logo so you can program it yourself. If anyone needs more information, the manuals are here: TK-1550 Dealer manual for memory clearing and scanner setup:http://the-checkout-tech.com/manuals/cashregisters/Casio_TK-1550_dealer_manual.html
That just turns the logo on or off. If there is an old logo there, you don't need to do the 2122 command.
to change the name on most Casio machines:
Turn key to Program mode
2 SUBTOTAL
132 SUBTOTAL
Now type the characters for the first line of the receipt using the alphabet on the edge of the buttons. If someone has removed the letters from the keys, just find the alphbet layout in your manual.
00 (double zero button)
CASH (maybe labelled CA/AT)
232 SUBTOTAL
Now type characters for second line
00
CASH
332 SUBTOTAL
Now type characters for third line
00
CASH
432 SUBTOTAL
Now type characters for fourth line
00
CASH
SUBTOTAL
NOTE: You might have to do 2 receipt prints in REG mode to see the changes

Hi. Yes, the TEM80 will allow you to put your name and phone number on the receipt. The only ones that dont are drum printing registers. these are the ones that spin little wheels in the printer that tap out numbers on the paper. If the printer is a thermal type (such as the TEM80) then it can definitely print a receipt message.
