Hi,

Based on your posted image, it would look as if you have an LCD panel problem. You can verify this by attaching an external monitor to your laptop, using the Fn + F? keys to activate it. If the display is correct, then you have just confirmed that is the LCD display that is at fault.

There are readily available replacement parts, as shown here.

try to install luanch manager. you can download it from acer website.
