How do I loosen the belt on the Golds Gym 290c cycle trainer upright bike? The lowest setting seems to be too hard and stiff.

2.If it turns to Easy... The Belt could be off.

I put my belt on and #1 was hard to pedal. But did get harder with resistance increase which means the motor works! Too G??d!

you have to buy an adapter the plugin is behind the right side battery panel if you're sitting on the bike

You need either the brake or the motor. Get parts from manufacturer or usedtreadmillrepairparts.com

LUBE THE DECK BELT SEE THE VIDEO ATTACHED

LUBE the deck belt, maybe you have now A WORN deck belt, see the videos and proceed according.
