Have you checked the fuse box for blown fuses?
The fused items you are speaking of have the lowest rated fuses in the panel. Usually 10A... and are more susceptible to failure.
Additional questions are welcome.

Car was jumped and they crossed the batteries terminals, now lots of thing inside do not work, radio, auto locks ect. no bad fuses. any idea?

The first thing I would do is disconnect the battery, both terminals, and let the whole system discharge 15-20 minutes or more. Then reconnect using the correct terminals and see where you are. If it doesn't help, it will need to go to the shop to track down what may have fried.

2009 kia spectra: I had my car jumped and now my radio is completely off, the clock is off, interior lights won't turn on, and the button to lock my doors only works when car is on. I checked the fuse

If it happened after jumping car than Yes look in the main fuse box under the hood and check all fuses there, you may need a volt ohm meter to check some of them...

My 1990 mercury grand marquis was boosted wrong

Might need to check the main circuits for a blown fuse or fuseable link.
There is a fuse wire between the alternator and battery.

I jumped started my 2009 kia spectra and now the radio and clock and dome light dont work. i checked all of the fuses but the room or memory fuse it doesnt come all the way out and i dont know how to get...

OK THE PROBLEM HERE IS IF YOU REMOVE THE MEMORY FUSE YOUR CLOCK RADIO AND INTERIOR LIGNT WILL NOT WORK. BUT IF YOU CHANGE IT(IF BROKE OR MALFUNCTIONAL) YOU WILL RESET CLOCK RADIO AND LIHT.
