Have you checked the fuse box for blown fuses?
The fused items you are speaking of have the lowest rated fuses in the panel. Usually 10A... and are more susceptible to failure.

The first thing I would do is disconnect the battery, both terminals, and let the whole system discharge 15-20 minutes or more. Then reconnect using the correct terminals and see where you are. If it doesn't help, it will need to go to the shop to track down what may have fried.
If it happened after jumping car than Yes look in the main fuse box under the hood and check all fuses there, you may need a volt ohm meter to check some of them...
OK THE PROBLEM HERE IS IF YOU REMOVE THE MEMORY FUSE YOUR CLOCK RADIO AND INTERIOR LIGNT WILL NOT WORK. BUT IF YOU CHANGE IT(IF BROKE OR MALFUNCTIONAL) YOU WILL RESET CLOCK RADIO AND LIHT.
