You need to open your messenger window, and then choose the right down arrow on the top menu bar just under your blurb space.
then choose tools from the drop down menu,,then Audio Video settings,,,,from here you can set your camera up.

uninstall your msn reinstall then in the file on your msn beside where you add contacts click the arrow then tools then setup audio and video.
Then exit msn and restart
