Hi please can anyone help me!! My centre touch screen button has stopped working all of a sudden and i now i can not selected what i want to use on my phone. I really want to try factory restore settings but i cannot selected this as the button don't work. is there another way round this or can i download some kind of software to fix this problem?
Try removing the panel and cleaning for any dust inside it might work out if tat is not possiable then u need to contact a mobile service

i have my k850 i with the same problem,i have to press button number 8 so that it act as center soft key.i have tried to clean the key pad but nothing has changed
My phone is barely 13 months and it went for service 3 times! Now all the touch buttons are dead.... My wife's same phone also went in 3 time!
touch screen does not work on the Sony Ericsson K800i - it is the THIRD major problem with it in as many weeks! Any solution anyone? Or is it just a rubbish phone?
the center touch button does not work ..to make it work, i have to give a feather touch to number 8 then after that it goes to the main menu option
i even tried resetting the phone to factory settings .. but nothing seems to be working... can some one provide a solution to this...
