My touch screen has stopped working? how can i fix it? only the centre button works ans none of the touch pad does? it suddenly happened i never dropped or got my phone wet????

Reset the Wii U GamePad by performing the following:

Press the hold the power button until the Wii U GamePad powers off.

If the AC adapter is plugged into the Wii U GamePad, unplug it.Wait 30 seconds.

Power the Wii U GamePad back on and see if the issue has been resolved.

General system stability can be improved by applying the current system update. Try applying the latest system update and see if the issue has been resolved.

take battery out for few minutes and retry

when a phones touch screen malfunctions, it means that the touch pad is damaged seriously and it needs to be replaced.

Mostly it is caused by dropping the phone on the flow, hitting it on something or even pressing the touch screen pad with the wrong instrument.(any sharp object).

You can take it to a here by store for a replacement of the touch pad.

NOTE: phone is very delicate needs to be handled by an experienced personnel.

try removing the panel and cleaning for any dust inside it might work out if tat is not possiable then u need to contact a mobile service 

Same thing happened to us. We just came back from Sears, where we bought another. Just for giggles, my wife suggested unplugging the old one and plugging it back in again. It works now. New one's going back to the store.

this might be a display problem ..  so  need to change ur .. display pannel  that is just below ur screen .  for this . u need to contact  motorola care center ..
