May have malware...try a good antivirus to scan system...and clear temp files.

Make sure that your system meets minimum requirement for playing warcommander. If Yes, then download it. If your loading is slow then it means your internet connection has slow speed. I would suggest to download and install Reginout and use its Internet Optimizer feature.

its not problem with youtube. you should change some settings for youtube, your settings might have been changed, Youtube load videos according to your connection speed. your should change your setting and modify the settings to load low quality video if your internet connection is slow and load high quality for faster internet connection.
