Email pages in Yahoo are miimized size need to changed to maximized size.

You can't just change Yahoo, you must increase the font/text size for all web pages. This is done by selecting "My Computer" from the start menu and then from the next menu select "Appearance and Themes" and make the change to the text size.

Increase text sixe of e mail

The displayed text (font) size for a web-site or page is a function of your browser. Try these to icrease or decrease the text size on your email:

Zoom in - <Ctrl><plus>
Zoom out - <Ctrl><minus>
Reset zoom - <Ctrl><zero>
Adjust zoom - <Ctrl><Mouse Wheel>

Firefox - View -> Zoom -> Reset
IE - View -> Text Size -> Medium (or other sizes)
Safari - View -> Actual Size
Chrome - Current Page Settings(Icon) -> Zoom -> Normal

How to increase text size?

There are a couple of ways you can achieve this. If you have a "zoom" button on your keyboard, you may be able to press +(larger) or -(snaller, you may have to press "CTRL" at the same time. Another way is if you left click on your tool icon, might look like a wrench or a gear, you may have a "zoom" option there. You can also increase font size by going into your "control center" and right click on the "personalization" icon and open.You should see "adjust foint size(DPI)' option at the top left of the window. When you click on this, you should see an empty box next to "larger font size.." click on that, then apply, then ok. You will have to restart for this to take effect.

I wauld like to make the lettering larger and add this to my toolbar.The lettering is so small i am getting eye strain!!!

If you mean you want to see the text in your internet browser larger, then in Internet Explorer explorer left-click 'View' (in toolbar next to 'Edit') and then slide down to text size and select larger or largest. In Firefox, select Tools, then Options, then Conten (third tab on top), then change the font size by selecting a larger number from the drop-down menu that currently should be shoung a number across from the font type (like Times New Roman). Sorry I can't increase the size of this text for you to read this solution.

P.S. Both I.E and Firefox have zoom functions under 'View' to temporarily zoom in or out on text and images.

How do I increase the size of the text being displayed on my laptop monitor ?

Hello,
To increase/decrease the font size,
1. Right click on the desk top screen (or double click on control panel, then choose personalize icon)
2. Under "Task" double click " adjust font size (dpi)" then click "continue".
3. Click "larger dpi" or "custom dpi" box. Choosing custom setting should indicate 100%.

To increase font size, type a percent greater than 100 (ie. 105%) or to decrease size, use a percent less than 100 (ie. 95%).
4. Click "ok". You may receive a message to restart computer for change to take effect.
5. Restart computer. Repeat process until you are happy with the results.

I have been trying to increase the print size one my computer for some time can you help me?

Right click on the desktop, SCREEN RESOLUTION, lowering the resolution will increase the text size. You can also check VIEW on that menu and select large icons.

Text size is the inverse of screen resolution.

How do I increase the text size on incoming e-mail or stuff I want to print. larry

The easiest way to increase the text size on screen of your e-mails and browser contents is to simply hold the "Ctrl" key and scroll up with your mouse to zoom in and scroll down with your mouse to zoom out. If you don't have a scrolling mouse, hold the "Ctrl" key while pressing the "+" and "-" sign to adjust the text size.

If you want to increase the size of the font on documents you are printing from web-sites, you have to look for the "Printer Friendly" button, or the "Print" button on the actual web-page. The developers of the article you are seeking to print have to manually do this themselves.

If it's in a text document or something similar, you can highlight all of the text at once by pressing "Ctrl+A" (The control key and the A button, not the plus button) and increasing the font size in the program you are using.

Go to your printer,right click on printer and go to Preferences, make sure you are using Letter size of 8.50x11.00. Under your paper quality print documents on 8.50x11.00 (scale to fit).

On IE go to view click Text size and select from smallest to largest text.
To change the Font size in IE go to control panel, open the display-open the appearance tab and change the font size.
