I have a very small font size on my aol mail. How do I increase the font size

Click View, select Zoom, and then click either Zoom In Ctrl ++ or Zoom Out Ctrl +- to increase or decrease the text size. Note: To reset the font setting back to its default size, hold down the Ctrl key on your keyboard and then tap the number 0.

The same thing happened to me. All of a sudden, the email inbox and saved favorite places lists have changed to a crummy small font & the letters "bleed" together. Very difficult to read & there's no way to change it! Grrr!!

A recent comment about small fonts in AOL Desktop prompted me to explain how to increase the size of your fonts in your Windows Operating System. AOL Desktop will recognize your preferred OS font size so that text throughout the program will be larger. (To increase your browser font size, which is handled separately, go to the Tools menu in the AOL Desktop browser, choose "Power Browsing" and go to "Page Display".) LOL, no wonder. Are they still around? They've been bought and sold so much that I thought they were completely stripped.

Get into your AOL email and look for a help option somewhere while in the email client.

Follow these instructions to change your font size.

1. Sign on to AOL and visit AOL Keyword: Preferences.

2. On AOL , click Font & Text Settings. On older versions of AOL, click Font, Text & Graphics.

3. Under the Font Preferences heading, select your preferred font, text size and color for writing email, Instant Messages and chat.

4. Under the Text Preferences heading, select your preferred size for viewing text from other people: Small, Medium or Large.

5. Click Save.

Hi there.
Open you AOL web page again, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the + or - key to adjust the font size to large or small.

if you are using firefox, do the following:
Go to menu>Tools>Content and change the default font to 24 (depends on your comfort)

In Internet Explorer
Got to tools><internet options>General, you will find a tab appearance..you can change the font size here also for a bigger appearance.
