Hi colewilfred, this is very common for MyWebSearch program. Its a simple fix.
Right click once on the start button, (A pop-up window will open), slide up to Explorer & left click on it once. Right click once on the C:\ drive & left click Search from the list.
In the search top window type the name of the file: m3plugin.dll
Click search.
Windows will find the file. Right click once on the file m3plugin.dll listed in the right hand side of the search window & left click Copy from the list. Windows Explorer is still opened. Scroll down to the folder, Program Files & left click the plus sign next to it. Program Files will open & you'll see all kinds of folders.
Find the Mywebsearch folder & open it. Find the folder 1.bin, Right click once on that folder & left click past from the list.
Close all opened windows & restart the system.

Good luck!
Thanks for using fixya.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Would bad inner tie rods cause abs light to come on?

Most likely not. Does it come on as soon as you start the cr and never go off or does it come on when you start for a couple of seconds, then go out, but comes back on as soon as you start to move?

Won't start, check engine light come on, will start

wont crank or wont start, no car starts (cept my M/t) unless cranked with the starter motor.
the starter motor starts the engine.
so which is it, not cranking?
also there is a Immobilizer (SKIM) lamp that must not be on , cranking or its will not start. by design.

this is correct. the CEL lamp glowing tells you 2 things
EFI is now active and the (ECU/PCM) just passed the basic test.

if its slow? to come on , the fuses for it are loose/bad or the battery is weak.
or discharged, or the key switch is failing.

find any ASE shop in town and get it checked out.
ASE are pro grade shops. that are honest and very skilled.

Could be overloaded. Use less clothes to start. Load sensing will not let an overloaded washer to continue.

Anti lock brake light and traction control light come on when starting car.

Typical issues to cause this fault would be:
1) Steering geometry is out and requires realignment.2) ABS sensor in hub is faulty.

Compressor doesn't come rigth away

It may work. Does it attempt to come on several times? Or is there some sort of delay built?
If you do not have an amp meter to ascertain it's start up amperage, you may notice lights in your house dimming when it tries to start. If you install a hard start and these conditions go away then congrats. Caution though, an aging compressor usually doesn't last too long after hard starts are required.

Icons and Start tool bar disappearing every few seconds

Sounds like the explorer.exe process might be restarting. Open Task manager and keep refreshing the processes to see if explorer.exe disappears/re-appears.
