No

They use two different GPU's.

The Nvidia Quadro FX 3700 uses the Nvidia G92 Graphics Processing Unit, (graphics chipset),

,and the Nvidia GeForce GTX7900 uses the Nvidia G71 G.P.U.

SOURCE: Setting up dual monitors with NVIDIA 7300 GS Graphics Adapter

so...
your computer don't recognize your nvidia graphic card in PCI Express slot.
you are runing now with computer's integrated graphic card?
if so then you won't have dualview option. in this case it looks for me like you've installed in the wrong way your graphic card.

your NV GeForce 7300 GS has 2 video output?
if yes then you should have the option for 2 monitors on nVIDIA control panel (i have check my nVIDIA GeForce 7600gt and in my case this option is present but is enabled only if i connect the second monitor, so try do so)

you have installed the latest nVIDIA drivers from the official website? http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

check if your video card is corect installed start/run type in " devmgmt.msc ". it will open device manager and under the display adapter tab you should see what video card you use now.

SOURCE: Installed GEForce NVidia 8400GS graphic card but

Assuming that you have installed the drivers for your new board, go into Control Panel, select Device manager and Display Adapters.
Dissable the onboard adapter and enable the NVidia card.

How to i connect two graphics card to work as one?

Follow the instructions on page 9 of the manual.
They are straightforward.
The motherboard must support SLI, and you should have the SLI connector that came with the motherboard.
If you have lost the manual the web address is,

How and where do you install nvidia video bridge cable asus 14010-00131200.

Hi
The video bridge cable you are referring to is I believe "Flexible NVIDIA Video SLI Bridge Connector Cable".
This is to link two graphics cards together for enhanced graphic capability, especially gaming. You would need two SLI compatible graphics cards, they should be identical, in the relevant PCIe slots on the motherboard and this cable then links them together.
If you are only using one graphics card or the onboard graphics then this linking cable is redundant. The Youtube video here:
Nvidia How To SLI Tutorial
is pretty good at showing what you need to do and where this cable goes when appropriate.
Hope this is helpful, if so would you please register that with Fixya
Cheers

My husband recently built a new computer (previously built 5 others successfully). Motherboard seems to be working properly. Green LED lit. Graphics card works in another computer. Power supply...

Hi, the thing to do here is to narrow down what could be causing the problem, initial suspects would be the RAM chips. If you have known working ones you can try in it, try these, if not, try without one, then swap them over, or even try without both.

Also, remove any components that aren't strictly necessary, i.e. hard drives & cables, cd-rom/dvd drives, extra PCI cards, network cards etc

Another suspect may be just a loose connection, try taking everything out, re-seating it. Again, pay particular attention to the RAM chips.

It could possibly even be a faulty processor, have you another you could try? Try taking it out and re-seating it.

I want to use second screen with nvidia 7100 onboard card and nvidia g force 8400 can it be done

Nvidia will tell you not to mix video processors. They can not be connected in SLI mode. I would remove the 7100 and run dual screens on the 8400.

Can the driver of geforce 7300gs go with asus en700gs

are they 2 different graphics cards? If so then no, you can use both but if you want SLI or ATI then you MUST have 2 of the same cards or cards that are compatible together.

To find out whats compatible go to the manufacter's website and there should be a section for SLI and a chart for compatibility when i was on Nvidia i know there was a chart for this but can't find a link. Sorry just use google to search for "compatible vga cards with XXXXXXX" should help or google a chart for this.

check out my site!! http://ctrlr4repair.webs.com

Can you use the new flexible sli bridges with during sli mode? Do you need the retention bracket thing? If so what size can you use

SLI
Scalable Link Interface from Nvidia. (Crossfire is AMD ATI)

You are linking the two interface connections, of two LIKE graphics cards.

The signal and Power connections. A lot of Amp's for power is needed, and a GOOD connection should be used.

Yes, I would definitely advise using the Retention Bracket.

If you have a loose connection, or a connection becomes loose over time, resistance in the connection will be created. Resistance = Heat.

The SLI Bridge connector's (Link) contacts will burn, as well as the contact pins on the graphics cards.

For a while you won't even notice, then as time ensues you start having major problems. By this time the contacts are so burnt, that you may as well fly the graphics cards at the neighbors barking dog.

(The contact pins on the bottom of the graphics card, as well as the PCI Express x16 slot contacts, will burn also. Means NEW motherboard)

Just for added info about SLI, here is SLI Zone from Nvidia,

I want to use two Graphics card in single motherboard

Not on this motherboard, and not with two different video cards. Your motherboard does have two PCI-E slots at x1 speed, but only one slot at x16 speed. And when you use SLI you should use two identical video cards for best results.

Asus a8n sli premium

From the Asus support site.

If you installed total 4GB memory, the system will detect less than 4GB of total memory because of address space allocation for other critical functions, such as:

- System BIOS (including motherboard, add-on cards, etc..)
- Motherboards resources
- Memory mapped I/O
- configuration for AGP/PCI-Ex/PCI
- Other memory allocations for PCI devices

Different onboard devices and different add-on cards (devices) will result of different total memory size.
e.g. more PCI cards installed will require more memory resources, resulting of less memory free for other uses.

On a SLI system, since PCI-Ex graphic cards will occupy around 256MB, another 256MB will be occupied after you install a 2nd PCI-Ex graphic card. Hence, 2.75GB memory left only if two SLI cards installed on A8N-SLI Premium while 3.0GB memory left with one graphic card without other add-on devices.

This limitation applies to most chipsets & Microsoft Windows 32-bit version operating systems.

If you install Windows 32-bit version operating system, we recommend that you install less than 3GB of total memory. If more than 3GB memory is required for your system, then below two conditions must be met: 1. The memory controller which supports memory swap functionality is used. Chipsets later than Intel 975X, 955X, Nvidia NF4 SLI Intel Edition, Nvidia NF4 SLI X16, and AMD K8 CPU architecture support memory swap function. 2. Windows 64-bit OS which can address more than 4GB memory.

Video cards pci-e

Hi s _beukelman7, one of the most important spec's of running two SLI cards is they must be identical. Your trying to run a 8800 & a 7300. They are both NVIDIA **** they are not the same. They are different & will fail in your system. Pg. 6-2 in your mnual. Either buy another 8800 or another 7300 SLI card.
It is suggested you go to NVIDIA web site & allow NVIDIA to check both your two graphic cards & system for the latest drivers. If NVIDIA finds you need updated chipset drivers please (follow all instructions) or your will find yourself re-installing your OS.
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

The two most important item you need other than checking the above link, is the correct power supply. Your manual suggest a minimal of 500w psu when using a single SLI card. I suggest running a 550w for dual cards.
The second item concerns the SLI cable. It must be clean.

Good luck!
Mike
