Sounds like your hard drive is about to pack up. You can disable SMART for your hard drive in your CMOS setup. which will allow you to boot up your pc. I suggest you back-up all your data as soon as possible before the hard drive fails completely.

To prevent the spooler from stopping, which is usually caused by invalid printer drivers left on a computer.

Go into "Printers and Faxes" delete all printers which no longer exist by right click --> delete

To restart the spooler :-

click start --> run
type net spooler start click ok
or
click start --> run --> services.msc --> click ok
scroll down to print spooler --> right click on it and select start

I would replace the power supply if there is no light assuming you tried a different power cord and outlet. They put the light there to notify you if you are getting power or not.

Unless you have Adobe Pro, there's another way to accomplish this task. Scan the document into Word or Open Office Writer (open office is a free download) Once the document is scanned, Click on File and select Publish to PDF.

Hello -

You should be able to just open up the lid and see the paper jam. When you see the piece of paper that is stuck, gently pull it out of the printer. You will be fine as long as you're careful and don't tear the paper to shred's while trying to retrieve it.

Some cartridges can only be filled a few times before they break down. As the ink sprays out of the cartridge it wears the cartridge and causes it to display an error messege. Depending on your printer and cartridge some have a reset button just above the compuet chop board on the back of the cartridge. Press the button with a small needle, or paper clip if there is one and try again. If not the cartridge may be worn out.

It cleans up your registry and can bring slow computer up to speed again.

what is the exact problem? If it's difficulty in moving and clicking on an icon, then open the trackball or remove the ball and clean the rollers.Make sure the computer is off before unplugging the trackball
