open browser then from menu bar select view in it select history option . This will show you the current, yesterday and last 7 days history as well

Uninstall the software and then restart the computer and re-install it and see what happens. That should cure the problem.

download the current zebra driver- zdesigner from the website zebra.com click drivers and downloads then enter your model. you have something going wrong with the current driver you have and will have better luck with the current one.

First I would uninstall the program again.
Then go to start, search and look for PMUSERS.dat and delete it.
Restart your computer
It is also a good thing to temporaily turn off any antivirus software before installing also. Many programs like this Broderbund product do not install completely with the antivirus software on.
Then reinstall the program and it should run ok.

Sorry about the first post...my cat stepped on the keyboard!

Most programs like this leave behind "junk" files or folders with some information in them.

Try uninstalling it again, then go to the C:\ drive and look for any folders that it might have left behind.
Then go to Start do a search for PMUSERS.dat and delete it.

Use window search find the file and delete I did what was at support and it did not work I found this file in all users folder deleted it and all is well

The "solution" by techman appears to be entirely inappropriate because the link he posts takes one to a company that repairs data storage units, NOT Digital Audio Tape (DAT) recorders.
