It doesn't really matter which make or model of bike it is, the procedure is exactly the same.
Firstly you will need a set of vacuum balance tubes - do you have those?
TRying to balance a 4 without is an exercise in futility. They are reasonably cheap for a home set.
Here is a step-by-step.

SOURCE: got a hyosung gv250 that wont run..just cleaned

Not sure if this is still an issue as it's an old post but have you tried checking for a spark?

-Take your spark plug out,
-attach the ht lead to it,
-Hold it with a pair of INSULATED pliers so that the metal tip of the spark plug is earthing by touching it to some bare metal e.g. the cylinder head,
-Crank the engine and look for a spark. (Be careful about earthing it near the hole in the head where the spark plug fits as there may be petrol vapour present which may ignite).
Do this for both cylinders

The right side rear carburetor has no adjustment. Keep adjusting your idle to 1000 pm. Synchronize the to right carburetors to each other. Synchronize the two left carburetors to each other . Then synchronize the left bank to the right bank. You may have to do it more than once. Be sure to keep adjusting the idle back to 1000 rpm.

SOURCE: 82 gs 550 two nipples on petcock and one nipple on

is there one bigger then the other on the nipples. If so the one bigger is for the carb fuel and the little one should run down the left carb, betewwn the front of the carb and the carb mount.

2002 Hyosung GV250 bogging down when starting out

There could be several possible causes for your 2002 Hyosung GV250 bogging down when starting out. Here are a few things to check:
  1. Fuel system: Ensure that the fuel system is functioning properly. Check for clogged fuel lines, dirty fuel filter, or inadequate fuel supply.
  2. Carburetor: The carburetor may be dirty or clogged, causing a lean fuel mixture. Clean the carburetor or have it professionally cleaned if needed.
  3. Air filter: A dirty or clogged air filter can restrict airflow to the engine, leading to poor performance. Check and clean or replace the air filter as necessary.
  4. Spark plugs: Worn or fouled spark plugs can cause poor ignition, resulting in engine bogging. Check and replace the spark plugs if necessary.
  5. Exhaust system: A partially blocked or restrictive exhaust system can cause poor performance. Check for any obstructions and clear them if necessary.
  6. Electrical system: Ensure that the battery and charging system are functioning properly. Weak battery or faulty charging system can lead to inconsistent power delivery.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, it may be necessary to have a professional mechanic inspect the motorcycle to diagnose the exact cause of the problem.

How do i synchorinze the carbs on the Hyosung GV250.

You will need a monometer with with separate connections and readings for each carb. You will then need to make adjustments to each carb's butterfly until all of the monometer's readings are equal.

2002 Hyosung GV250 running problems

Time for carb cleaning , blow the jets with compressed air, check the float level.
Check the spark plug and replace if neccessary.
Check the air filter too, and if you don't have an 'inline' filter for your fuel line, install one.
Basically yr bike's engine needs a tune up...check the valve clearance too!
Hope this helps!
