If I get emails I want to keep in my inbox or folder it disappears if I delete it from trash, all mail, or sent mail if I have sent it on. How do I stop this.

I will assume that you keep your messages locally. If this is happening I will use another computer to access my email. Usually you can always receive emails from the internet page that holds your account. Verizon, Comcast etc(or you can use your phone). If you can see your emails then the problem is in your computer. Provide with more information like what email program do you use, what operating system, etc. You can if you wish contact me at Ccarlos4545@aol.com

Sony vaio tr1mp and the motion eye doesnt work. any ideas?

Here's a link to your support page.

It doesn't have any drivers listed for the Motion Eye so it must be bundled up with some of the other software available for download ( I hope ).

I would suggest you start poking around that page first and if you can't find what you're looking for to contact Sony direct via email or chat. They should be able to send you a link to download the latest and greatest version of software and driver for your camera.

Hope this info helps!

You wont lose your account.

Have you resent/altered security settings? if so reset to default, then try, if it fails, would be quicker to reload latest version/update. AOL can be finicky at times.

No outgoing email

Bob

It appears that you are accessing your charter account thru a different Internet Service Provider. Generally, most ISPs will allow downloads of email from 3rd party ISPs but will not permit uploads (sending email) as this is how many spammers origially sent emails without being traced and would overload email servers.

You best option is to send you email from florida using the charter webmail application at www.charter.net (Click the Email button and sing in to your account) From webmail (Which accesses Charter's Email server) you can send and receive from anywhere.
