I dont't believe the phone will require a flash or a reset to factory settings, but if that works then disregard-
Fact is that the solution I posted is not a 100 percent solution. If it wont work then refer to an alternative method. Its a ****** problem that demands money to be spent in order to be solved. As in you need a new phone, buy another one of ours! Yeah, I wasn't convinced. Want to know the reasons why??? Buy my book Corporate Incompetence "Help I am a Slave". As was mentioned in my post it comes down to a matter of simply cycling the phone in a precise systematic order. Reference my Fixya. There are no problems only solutions. So buy the way how much was spent replacing these phones because of this same type of problem and wheres the kick back. Sadly probably none for there offshore employees. Another dime in the bucket. Believe it!!!
