My wireless controller isn't working. it just blinks forever

Look on the front of the Xbox 360 controller and the front of the Xbox 360 system. There is a little button that you can press that resets the controller and the Xbox so they can connect to each other.
Hope this information helps.

Your controller is defective. Take it back to the store and get a new one. That happens once in a while. There is nothing you can do about it.

Xboc controller constantly disconnects from console

If the controller is continually disconnecting from the xbox, the battery is probably dying. Have you tried installing fresh batteries into the controller ?

My wireless cntroller will not flash its green center lights

sounds like.... the battery completely died on controller.. you charged it by plugging it in to system and never restarted the system to regain the wireless signal..

turn off 360... turn off controller.. boot system.. boot controller, if no signal is detected you have a hardware issue with controller (assuming other controllers work with system)

Xbox 360 wireless controller not connecting.

it sounds like your controller keeps losing sync with the 360.

- turn them both off
- turn on the 360 with the power button on the console
- wait for it to start up, then press the sync button next to the usb flap on front.
- then press the sync button on the controller (by the recharge connection slot)

That should reset it.

Wireless controller position

Try this:
Under heading "How can I change the screen positions for my wireless controllers?"
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/systemuse/xbox360/resources/supportfaq.htm

To reset the screen configuration for an Xbox 360 Wireless Controller:
  1. Turn off your Xbox 360 console and any connected Xbox 360 wireless controllers.

(To turn off your wireless controller, power down the system and wait for the lights around the controller's Xbox Guide button to disappear.)
  2. Manually turn on your Xbox 360—don't use your controller's Xbox Guide button.
  3. Press the connect button on the front of your console. This is the small button just to the right of (or below, if your console is on its side) the port for Memory Unit B. The lights around the console's power button will flash as the console searches for a wireless controller.
  4. Press and hold the Xbox Guide button to turn on the wireless controller that you want to assign to slot one.
  5. Once the controller is on and the lights are still circling the power button on the console, press your controller's connect button, located just to the right of the charge port.

When the lights on your controller stop spinning, the wireless controller is configured to slot one and the upper-left quadrant light will glow.
  6. Select the controller you want in slot two and repeat steps 4 and 5. You can configure up to four wireless controllers.
