My tablet keeps giving me error message. Insuficcant space on tablet to download apps

This means the internal memory is full and the only way to add apps is to uninstall other apps that you have installed. Check to see if you have apps you no longer use and uninstall them.

IPhone 6 or iPhone 6s suddenly ran out of free storage space? How can I fix it?

I am not completely sure about this but contact apple. You may be able to purchase cloud space.

Insufficient space on device

You will need to remove some items to make enough space. You can try some of the following to make some additional space:

  • Delete any apps you no longer use.
  • Transfer photos to a computer and the delete them from your phone.
  • Remove any videos you may have already watched.
  • Save any photos you want to keep from messages and then remove the text messages.

That should help free up some space and allow you to install the app.

Hope that helps!

Why does my galaxy S1 say insufficient storage?

I saw " I was having a similar issue a couple weeks back. Though I had only used half my internal storage, I still couldn't copy anything :-/ I downloaded DiskUsage App and found that there is this LOST.DIR directory with about 6 GB in files. I read online about it and decided to delete it. Free space again! I don't know if this was your problem, but I didn't read anyone mention it. Seems that the phone makes these files when you connect to computer (in case there is a disconnect without "safe disconnect"). After a reboot, the LOST.DIR folder will come back but it'll stay empty." here... http://androidforums.com/samsung-galaxy-s2-t/662135-galaxy-s2-insufficient-storage-available.html

Hope it helps.

Insufficient storage space error

You might want to make a backup on your computer/external hard-drive and then delete videos and photos. Applications also chew up a lot of space. When you're done, try downloading and installing the application again.

Data Storage

Make sure you are storing them in both places. I have a hunch that even though you are storing them in the my documents folder it is the one on the external drive that is storing them & when you are trying to delete the computer is reading them as stored to the external & is deleting from there. Hope this helps & please remember to rate my answer. Thanks.

File Folders

You cant delete the folders as the camera makes them to store photos , when you just connect the memory stick without the camera into a card reader you can delete the photos .However the 2 folders are there because 1 is used to store the internal memory pictures and the memory stick or you might have created another folder by changing the path of storage
