It says i have insufficient storage, but i've deleted almost every possible app and most of my pictures. When i first got the phone, i had loads of apps and it never said insufficient storage.

I was having a similar issue a couple weeks back. Though I had only used half my internal storage, I still couldn't copy anything :-/ I downloaded DiskUsage App and found that there is this LOST.DIR directory with about 6 GB in files. I read online about it and decided to delete it. Free space again! I don't know if this was your problem, but I didn't read anyone mention it. Seems that the phone makes these files when you connect to computer (in case there is a disconnect without "safe disconnect").
