Will not bleed after turning steering wheel left to right over and over
To bleed power steering, with front wheels off ground slightly with front wheels pointing straight ahead.engine off. remove power steering filler cap.add power steering until fluid level stop dropping, wait couple minutes and wait, add fluid until level stay at full cold mark on power steering cap dip stick. dont over fill.when fluid level stop dropping, start vechicle, let it idle few minutes. see if fluid level drop if so add more fluid full cold mark.then turn steering all the way to left and right with out hitting a stop.turn steering wheel several times, then turn front wheels pointing forward check power steering fluid level.if power steering fluid level stop dropping air should be out of system, if steering turning wheel dont turn smoothly and power steering fluid look light tan color air getting in the system.check all power steering lines to rack and power steering pump for leaks.be sure you replaced all the power steering lines with new o rings if not you will get a leak.if you find a leak, you need to fix the leak and bleed system again.dont drive vechicle if your steering dont feel right, have vechicle towed to a garage.

replace the turn signal switch it self, mine did the same thing with the left turn signal, put in fuse and it will continue to flash... went to junk yard pulled one out of a 97 avenger just like mine, swapped them out and now it works fine. looked to be like some corrosion... to repace: 3 screws under columb, 2 screws on side of signal switch (black plastic side). unplug and replace

Same symptoms here. Vehicle towed to Dodge, been there a FULL 3 weeks, they seem stuck, telling me the part ( timing module? ) was bad, which releases the steering lock solenoid which in turn allows the key to turn among other critical functions.
I have read of this same failure over and over, so if there was a bad run of parts, they should have been identified and pulled from inventory.
Apparently, the dealership is stalling for reasons I do not fathom, and are not inclined to seek out advanced knowledge... just doing what the company tells em to do, which means I have no truck while they fail to be able to program these modules, one after the other.
So, it seems the Dodge dealer might either have a software problem with their equipment, or they got the procedures wrong for fixing it.
What they do not have is any curiosity or urgency to resolve the problem.
If I take it to a MB dealership, they will not honor the warranty.
