Chequiando el internet me doy cuenta de que el Samsung DVD-R130 DVD Recorder no es un producto que lo recomiendan por clientes .

Mi opinion personal es de que si lo puedes regresar eso fuera lo ideal pero si no se puede asmelo saver y buscamos una solucion para este problema.

In my personal opinon is that if you can return it, that will be the ideal but if you can't please let me know to find a solution to this problem.

Without knowing more of your specific situation, it sounds like the disc is physically stuck and is blocking the motor mechanisms from ejecting. There should be 1-2 screws on each side & one at the rear of the player to remove the outer casing. When you open it, any obstructions should be obvious. The screws should be easy to figure out with an arrow pointing to them stamped into the medal, kindof looks like: =>

Initially, try to clean the lens using a CD disc cleaner. Additionally, verify that your blanks are either DVD-R or DVD-RW.

what are the connections supported on your pioneer player? i suggest try to isolate problem, change the type of cables, like RCA or HDMI cables.
