The key should be in your email. Look for it pls. Use "search" option"
However, if it cannot be done, download & install "open office"...It's free & full version.

basically office 2007 is very heavy. it must be some driver problem. take this link. find your drivers http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&~ck=mn

The product key is printed inside the box.

The product should have been activated already if it was pre-loaded on your OEM (original equipment manufacturer) computer. Did you obtain your product key along with your laptop? Have you contacted the manufacturer? They should be able to issue you a new product key for your pre-installed software.

I am not really sure, but I think that 2003 and 2007 use the same file names and some files may have gotton overwritten when you installed, so the app gets this file that is too advanced for the version or not advanced enough. Hope that helps.


My advice, uninstall both programs and ONLY INSTALL 1 version (2003 OR 2007)
