If you frequently send faxes to the same group of telephone numbers, you can assign these numbers to a group.
Only Speed Dial and One Touch numbers can be assigned to a group. A maximum of 25 Group Numbers (WorkCentre Pro555) / 50 Group Numbers (WorkCentre Pro575) can be assigned (in the range 1-1999). Preset group numbers can also be used for polling.

- Create a new group
- Add numbers to an existing group
- Delete numbers from an existing group
- Delete an existing group

Create a new Group:
- From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button on the Control Panel, then press [3], [3].
- Use the numeric keypad to enter the Group Dial number (1-1999) you want to assign to this group.
- Press the [Enter] button. The screen will display a name.
- Use the numeric keypad to enter the Group Name (20 characters maximum), then press [Enter].
- Press the One Touch button you want to include in this Group, or enter the Speed Dial number, then press [Enter].
NOTE: The One Touch and Speed Dial numbers must already be programmed. See the Related Items below.
- Repeat step 5 to enter additional numbers.
- When you have entered each number you want to include in this group, press [Enter].
NOTE: Group Transmissions are easier if a group is linked to a One Touch button.
- To assign this group to a One Touch button, press the One Touch button. To skip this step, press [Enter].
- Press the [Exit] or [Stop] button to return to the Standby Mode.
To add numbers to an existing Group:
- From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button on the Control Panel, then press [3], [3].
- Use the numeric keypad to enter the Group Dial number (1-1999) you want to assign to this group.
- Press the [Enter] button.
- Press [2] to modify this group.
- Use the numeric keypad to enter a new group name, then press [Enter], or press [Enter] to retain the old name.
- Press the One Touch button you want to include in this Group, or enter the Speed Dial number, and then press [Enter].
NOTE: The One Touch and Speed Dial numbers must already be programmed. See the Related Items below.
- Repeat step 6 to enter additional numbers.
- When you have entered each number you want to include in this group, press [Enter].
- Press the [Enter] button.
- Press the [Exit] or [Stop] button to return to the Standby Mode.
To delete numbers from an existing Group:
- From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button on the Control Panel, then press [3], [3].
- Use the numeric keypad to enter the Group Dial number (1-1999) you want to assign to this group.
- Press the [Enter] button.
- Press [2] to modify this group.
- Use the numeric keypad to enter a new group name, then press [Enter], or press [Enter] to retain the old name.
- Press the One Touch button you want to delete from this Group, or enter the Speed Dial number, and then press [Enter].
- Press [1] to delete this number.
- Press [Enter] to delete the number, or press the [Exit] or [Stop] button to exit without deleting number.
- Repeat steps 5 through 7 to delete additional numbers.
- When you have deleted each number from this group, press [Enter].
- Press [Enter].
- Press the [Exit] or [Stop] button to return to the Standby Mode.
To delete an existing Group:
- From the Standby Mode, press the [Menu] (up arrow) button on the Control Panel, then press [3], [3].
- Use the numeric keypad to enter the number of the Group you want to delete, then press the [Enter] button.
- Press [1] to delete the group number.
- Press the [Exit] or [Stop] button to return to the Standby Mode.
