SOURCE: sytem will beep every three hour or when we open the main door

Check batteries in patio door are in correctly and are good. I know you said you changed them all. but if batteries are in correctly and are good try taking them out again waiting 20 sec putting them back in. If they are bad or low most likely a bad sensor shorted the out. replace part.

SOURCE: I have the Caddx NX-6

If the power was out for 5 hours and the control panel still shows 'low battery', it's probably time to replace the battery for the control panel. However, this shouldn't keep the alarm panel from arming up. I would first try to re-start the control panel by removing the power and battery connection for a few seconds and plugging it back in. After that, it would be a good idea to re-enroll all of your attached sensors, etc. by entering into programming mode and exiting. Press * 8 + {go code} then just press exit. The default 'go' code is 9713. After about 15 seconds, the panel will have auto-enrolled each attached device. Try arming and disarming the panel. Be careful of setting off the alarm, as your monitoring station may dispatch police, etc. in the event of alarm. This is why having a certified alarm installer do this work is a good idea, as they can put your account with the monitoring station on 'test' so alarm signals are recorded for testing purposes but are not acted upon.

How do I silence the beeping every 4 hours for a low battery on my ge simon xt?

Everyone: If you are not going to answer the question DON’T POST. The question is not how to install a new battery. The question is not how to reset the system. original poster knows the battery is low. They know that pressing status tells them the problem. They know pressing disarm stops the beeping alarm for only 4 hours. The problem is it takes DAYS to get a replacement battery because only found through mail order. The unit runs on AC. So how do we get it to stop being annoying short of killing the AC, and pulling the battery -which is not logical to have to disarm for days just to get the darn thing to stop being annoying.

How to keep protecting my house, using the available AC power, without annoying alarm beeping during the night and starting its every minute beeping every four hours all day. Totally bad design if no way to shut up a known battery problem.

I have a AW60448W stopwatch that I can't get the alarms to turn off.

AW60448W Stopwatch

Okay, now you have an excellent Stopwatch but don't know how to set it up. Well, I had the same problem but a friend of mine wanted one also and after I bought it for him, he being an old guy, could not read the small print that came with the Stopwatch. I have gone to the trouble of typing it up and you can benefit from this.

Now I don't expect you will send me any donation/money but if the mood strikes you, I will accept no more than $3.00 cash.

How do I turn off the hourly chime on a Wal-Mart Athletic Works stopwatch?
The way to do it is push the "light" button, then the "set" button. If the hourly chime is active, the days indicators will all be highlighted, if it's disabled, they will be turned off too. Basically it's the same as turning the alarm on/off, but instead of using the "start/stop" button, you use the "set button".

Press either the 2 or 4 o'clock button; the central timing hand will turn and stop [not necessarily at 12].
