F1-00 Code - How to clear?

F1-15 is a problem with the finisher (sorter). The stapler is not rotating properly.Pressing Clear>interupt>0>interupt>1>4> start button may reset it for now. Good luck !

Hello sir; F-1 is sorter problem, did you connect sorter with machine, turn power off and check th connecter .

Generally F codes have to do with the finisher(used to be called a sorter). with the machine off, diconnect the finisher cord from the copier and power back on. This should allow you to test the copier. I'm not sure on this model how exactly the finisher cord comes out. but it should be self explanitory when you see it.

In automatic detection of option connection, a non-support finisher or a sorter is detected. Unplug sorter/finisher and see if code clears, if yes you have a problem with the sorter (might not e the correct sorter for this machine) If the problem does not clear you may have a board problem with the copier.

Press P-interrupt-C-interrupt and enter test command 14 and Execute to clear your error. Let your machine reboot. If it comes back you have a problem with your fuser. Most likely it's dirt or toner caked on your tempature sensors and they need to be scraped off.
