Go to the Norton account Forgot Your Password page.

Type in the email address that you used to purchase or create your Norton account.

Click Continue.

You will receive an email with password reset instructions.

If you do not receive the password reset email within a few minutes check your spam or junk folders. You may not receive a recovery email if there is no account under that email address.

I have the same problem too, sully. First things first, you need to reactivate your Yahoo account associated with your TAGGED account. If Yahoo says that your account is not in any of their servers, you can re-create it provided the username has not been taken. Once re-created, go back to TAGGED and try the resend Confirmation Code. Go check your newly re-created Yahoo account and click on the link or copy/paste the code. By then, you should be able to open your TAGGED account. Good luck.

One last thing, accdg. to Yahoo they've stopped offering ymail and rocketmail domains last 2013 so in case the email account you're talking about has these domains, you're out of luck because you cannot re-create it anymore. Take it from me. Most of my TAGGED accounts are using Yahoo accounts with ymail domain and, to this writing, 5 of them remains locked and probably deleted over there in Yahoo... or maybe someone has hacked them, am not sure. Probably there is Yahoo cookies in your laptop and it prevents you to create a new account. Clean up your software using this Norton Utility first before attempt to create a new Yahoo account.

There is no other option for creating an Yahoo email account than the standard free email account. Go here: https://edit.yahoo.com/registration Fill out the account registration form and click Create My Account.

Personally, for a company I would recommend you get a domain name (they are often on sale on GoDaddy for under $2). Login to your domain account page and you can find an option to add an email account to your domain. If you already have a web-hosting account, email is normally included. Before purchasing the option for a mailbox, ensure that this is not already included in your account.

Which ever application you use (let me know specifically), you will almost always choose creating a POP account. You need from your service providers the following items.

1. SMTP domain (ie. smtp.domain.com)
2. POP domain (ie. pop.domain.com)
3. Username to your email (ie. [email protected])
4. Password for this account.

Your ISP will most likely have instructions about how to connect to them. If you go to their support and type in POP3 with Outlook or Outlook Express. You'll most likely get a hit.

In Outlook, go to Tools | Account Settings | Email to add the accounts.
