My phone a Samsung T509 has been diverted and i don't know how to take it off

To turn on Internet using mobile data connection (the one that your mobile phone operator will charge you for) you need to scroll down notification bar that is on top of the screen, do it using two fingers at once, not just one finger, and you will see screen of options, find there the one called "Mobile data", there will be two arrows on the icon, one pointing up, second pointing down, touch this icon to make it become green and your mobile will be on-line.

It was your call divert, if somebody calls you it will call to other number you diverted, to clear it just go to your call divert settings and select cancel all diverts.

If you don't want to receive text or call from a particular person try this 1. ignore that person don't read his incoming message if only you can do that but make sure you memorize his number or assigned a code so that every time he text you already know who he is..2. If you don't wan to receive calls from that person if you that he is calling don't answer his calls or divert his calls to other number so every time he is calling his calls diverted to other number if you have a police number divert it there..and for the worst 3. Change your number and make sure he will never know again your new number so he won't be able to bother you again.. Hope it can help you..

it means u have call divert on, u wont receive any calls ........

It took me forever, but I just had to figure this out too for my boss. Here's what I did, and hopefully it works for you.

Do you have a screen at the top of your phones and a screen to the right side? If so, this should work.

Hit the Globe Button or Feature Button, whatever's there.

Then you'll type in **266344 as usual, then the password. When the A.Configuration screen pops up, that's the start of a long menu.
At this point, looking to the screen on the right, you should see 3 arrows.

If you don't have that screen and 3 arrows, you can stop here because I don't know that this will work for you.

If you do:

Press the left bottom arrow button until B. General Admin appears
Hit the top right arrow
Hit the bottom right arrow until Time/Date appears
Hit top right arrow
At this point, the time will display up top
Hit Change (should be the 3rd button underneath your top screen)
Enter 2 digits for the hour
Hit the bottom rt arrow
Minutes will appear
Change to the appropriate minute and hit the bottom rt arrow again
Change AM/PM this way as well, and the date if needed.

Once completed, it should bounce you back to the menu (4. Direct Dial)

To exit from the menu, you can hit the Red button on your phone with the phone picture and the downward arrow.


I'm sure there's lots you can do in that menu, but I found it really frustrating to navigate.

It's a software problem with ur phone........u need to re-install it........

It is simply a missed call symbol. If it's like an arrow pointing upwards on top of a phone receiver picture it means that your calls are diverted. You can change it in call settings.

It could be a software error . many mobile phone shops provide repair services but it's best to shop around for a good repair price.
