Download and install Motorola Software Update (link below) for your model & service provider, on your PC. Connect USB (Computer) to USB-mini (RZAR) and run the program. This resets the security code to the default of "0000" and updates the phone to the most current software; phonebook remains as programed. Good Luck!

First, dial on the phone *#06# like you are going to call someone. This should reveal a code called the IMEI. Write it down, then call AT&T either by 611 from the phone or 800.331.0500 and provide them with the IMEI. Then, they will give you the unlocking code and walk you through how to put it in.

try all the defaults the last four digits of the phone number last programmed to the phone then standards defaults for all phones are 9999,1234,4321,0000,1111 if none are successful you will have to hook the phone to a charging station which is at the verizon wireless store I do believe they still have the software if they dont they will need to replace the phone either by upgrade to a verizon phone (two year contract) or activating an old phone you own or bought online elsewhere or got from a friend etc. or insuarnce claim which is fifty bucks and they give you the same model i have to say of all the razors thats the good one so if you do go with insuarnace i wouldnt accept anything else they might throw at you as comparible its not
