Washer spins the water out but clothes are still wet

Start checking that the drain hose is not obstructed, and some water is remaining in the tub on the last part of the cycle.

If this is not the problem it means that the motor cannot spin fast enough on the last part of the cycle.

This is often due to a faulty motor coupler.
