Called the clutch switch, or clutch safety switch. Buy a new one, buy used from a junkyard, or bypass the switch by connecting the wires together. Those are pretty much your choices.
Good luck.

2006 Hyundai Elantra clutch pedal stays down and car will not start

The clutch being on the floor says the slave cylender, or pilot bearing for the clutch is faulty. The vehicle should still start if you put it in neutral, it just can't be driven. Unsure about the windows.

Wont start can jump solenoid and it srtarts every time

Check for power at the small wire of the solenoid during cranking position on the ignition switch. Could a bad ignition switch( not lock cylinder ) or a starter safety switch either neutral safety or clutch disengage switch, depending on trans type.

My car wont start sometimes i can push start it but it wont jump start is that clutch pedal lock switch?

sounds like clutch switch, Check under dash follow clutch pedal up and see if there is a switch under dash, should be Purple wires going to it Heavy gauge wires, need to unplug it and put a jumper in from one side to other and cover with tape so it doesen't touch and ground out and blow a fuse, then see if it will start and if it took care of your problem, if so replace switch

The clutch has to be in for my 85-s10 blazer to start and it wont start unless i use a screwdriver on the starter. any answers?

Your diagram is below. Since the starter jumps at the solenoid, the problem would be the ignition switch, the clutch interlock, or the wiring. Check for power at the yellow wire that goes to the switch under the clutch pedal when the key is turned to start. If you have power on the red wires to the ignition switch but no power coming out when the key is turned to start, replace the switch. If you DO have power on the yellow wire, try bypassing the interlock by pulling the connector off and connecting the terminals inside the connector with a large paperclip. If that doesn't work, the purple wire from the interlock to the starter solenoid may be broken. Please let me know if you have more questions.

88 s10 2.8 5 speed have power to lights, blower, radio, but wont turn over when turning key no clicking nothing wont even start or turn over by crossing solenoid

Since you have power to your accessories, here are a few more things to consider:
1: Automatic transmission not in park or the neutral safety switch is faulty
2: On manual transmissions clutch pedal not depressed or or clutch start switch failure
3: Broken or loose wires in the starting circuit. Inspect all wires and connectors at the battery, starter solenoid, and ignition switch
4: Starter motor pinion jammed in flywheel ring gear. Manual transmission. place transmission in gear and rock the vehicle to manually turn the engine. Remove starter and inspect pinion and flywheel

I can't start my truck. The key is in the lock

The problem is most likely in the key ignition itself. There is a rod that goes from the key ignition down the column to a set of switches (depending on the make, model, and year) that could jam or your switch assembly could simply be broken. The most simple thing could be that your key and key ignition is so worn that the teeth on the key simply wont align the tumblers anymore. Hope this helps.

Car ignition wont start or turn

Could be a bad lock cylinder or broken ignition switch (under the dash on top of the steering column). If you disconnect the switch from the control rod that comes from the cylinder and the cylinder turns you need a new switch.

Ignition wont turn

It has broken a pin in the ignition lock. You need to have the whole lock renewed.
