I just think you accidentally locked your keyboard and touchpad by pressing the function key!

Just press: FN + F6

this will unlock the keyboard and touchpad!

Click "Start." Click "Control Panel" in the right panel. Click "Accessibility Options." Clear the boxes next to "Use Sticky Keys," "Use FilterKeys" and "Use ToggleKeys." Click "OK" to unlock the keyboard, including the keypad. Unlock Touchpad Click "Start," then "Control Panel." Click "hardware and Sound," then "Mouse." Click the "Touchpad" tab. Click "Default" under the "Touchpad" tab to reset the touchpad to its original settings.

Click "Start." Click "Control Panel" in the right panel.

Click "Accessibility Options."

Clear the boxes next to "Use Sticky Keys," "Use FilterKeys" and "Use ToggleKeys."

Click "OK" to unlock the keyboard, including the keypad.
Unlock Touchpad

Click "Start," then "Control Panel."

Click "hardware and Sound," then "Mouse."

Click the "Touchpad" tab. Click "Default" under the "Touchpad" tab to reset the touchpad to its original settings.

Use Device Manager to find out which model your laptop uses.

Are you sure you did not lock the touchpad?
Some laptops will have a button at the top of the touchpad in the middle that locks or unlocks the touchpad.

Some laptops provide a feature where you have to tap twice in the upper left hand corner of the touch pad to lock or unlock it.

Some laptops will require a keystroke to lock or unlock the touchpad. Normally you will have to Press and Hold the ALT or FN function key at the lower left portion of the keyboard then hit the key that toggles the touchpad. The correct key to hit will have the icon of a finger pointing at a square which represents the touchpad.

Download and reinstall the drivers.
Get onlineand got to www.google.com In the google search box type: "AcerSupport" (without the quotes and put your manufacturer name before Support). Look for downloads and drivers. Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the drivers.

Hold down Fn and press the F7 key, that should toggle the touchpad to enabled/disabled.

If that does not work there maybe a problem with the touchpad. If that is the case go to Acer support and download the touchpad drivers for the laptop.

On the Left side of the power Button you can see a Button which turned on , turn OFF the button , Touchpad will be ENABLED

press Fn key and F12 at the same time.......(note Scr lk is written below F12 key)

Try pressing Fn+ F9 to unlock the Touchpad

If that doesn't work try reinstalling touchpad as new hardware.
