You can remove or change the Window's User oradministrator's password. you need to download an updated driver for your acer 5420 or go to the website for the pro stick manufacturer and update the latest driver for their stick. start with your drivers and make sure you get the correct one for your model. this should resolve future issues with driver conflicts on removable media. which is the problem you are having.
