SOURCE: not draining properly, water under veg.

Pull the veg. bin draws out and you'll see a hole that could be clogged with food or frozen water. First, clear away food if there is any. Then, pour boiling water into the drain and watch the bottom of the unit where it should be draining into a pan which will evaporate from the heat of the compressor.

Ice build up under vegetable and fruit bins

Pull the bins out. Just above them is a channel with a hole in the middle. Push a drinking straw in the hole to clear the drain. The water will drain away instead of dripping under the veg bins.

Do I wrap / cover produce or just place it in the bins? Wash first or not?

clean food goes in the frig . veg go in the veg bin. . if they are wraped they may mold and if left too long and they will dehydrate . so just use common sence . clean is good . do not keep too long . and some things will give off odors if not kept in something . hope this helped mm

Water inside fridge

the water is coming from the top portion of the refrigerator section. the insulation between the freezer and the refrigerator is getting wet that is why the coldness of the freezer is transferring to the refrigerator trough the insulation foam. you can see droplets of water forming underneath the refrigerator section. sometimes you can see ice forming underneath also.
