Hello Lonnie, for the issue network please call your provider company ATT if is not activate the new phone you can not use until the line gets an update; about the wifi connection if you have any internet provider or access to wifi connection just go to the setting on the phone then get connect, maybe need put the username and password of the internet provider or it is open connection wifi as well.

pair cell phone to computer.

Turn on bluetooth in cell phone settings.
May need to set cell phone blue tooth to allow devices to discover it.

Go into computer settings for blue tooth
Search for Devices .

Then once paired.
Look at files in Cell phone.
Should be a share option for files
Then Share via Bluetooth .

I don't completely understand what you are trying to do:
1. Use the wifi connection of the phone for the e-machine ?
2. Exchange photos or data from your phone to the computer via wifi ?

1. To use the data connection of your phone your phone needs another connection with the computer. I searched your manual and your machine has no Bluetooth adapter installed, so I don't think that is possible. But by buying this adapter:

2. To exchange data from your phone to your computer using wifi:

Be aware that this can only work on your own network, that is using your own router. Do not do this over a public network a if you do not want other people to be able to receive your files also.

Hey...umm sorry about your keyboard not working..What i cant sae is maybe u have a stickey key.
To fix this!

Replace the key on the keyboard.
Wipe off the key if you have maybe spilled somthing on it.

Its trying to connect your phone as a modem, which is pretty much useless now unless you have a dial-up internet account. If you want to use you phones 3G or 4G connection, you should connect you phone via WIFI to you computer and use the phones software to share your internet connection to WIFI.

After downloading please install PC suite in your computer and connect the phone to computer.To connect to internet keeping mobile as moden you need to subscribe to the packet data first.

To subscribe to packet data you need to contact your service provider through phone or go directly to their office.
They will send you the settings for your model. Please save the settings to your phone and set it has a default settings.Then you can start using the internet in your phone.

if the dialing is from the computer , the wifi router cannot connect you to the net and so you cannot use it on your phone , there is nothing wrong with your phone . dialing settings must be placed in the modem itself to us the wifi . contact your net provider its a 1 min job.
