No Music Files Problem solved
Plug the MP3 player to PC
In Windows XP open Windows Explorer and navigate to one of the music files
Try to play the file in Windows
If it fails, unplug player and once the player switches off carry out a reset
Reconnect player to PC and repeat the process described above
You may need to repeat this several times until the music file plays in Windows.
After this format the player using Windows XP
Select the removable hard drive, right click and select format
Choose Fat32, enter a volume label (for example GMP33005) and select quick format
If formatting fails try several times
Once format is succesfull reload your music files using the software that came with the player
Be careful not to exceed 2.5 or 2.6 GB (leave some free space as this might be needed for the player to work)
The player should now play the music files correctly
