Oven doors can warp over time. Also, if the door has a heat shield that covers the window and locks the door during self-cleaning it can become misaligned and prevent the door from closing properly. Minor alignment and adjustment can be done by loosening the screws on the hinges and taking advantage of the slots provided for positioning the door before re-tightening the screws however if the door is warped too much you may not have enough adjustment travel available to properly re-align the door. The metal gasket around the door may also have become damaged and is preventing a proper seal and you might be able to locate replacement gaskets at an appliance parts house.

Need an instruction manual for a Nobel oven.
Don't know what all the symbols mean on the oven dial.
Apparently it has heating coil in back of oven as well as at top of oven.
