I have a paper jam in the BACK of my HP 3330 and don't know how to get it from aound the cylinder. How do I clear the jam?

Clean the pickup roller with a damp cloth, check whether transfer roller under toner cartrige rotates freely. Check if the size of the loaded paper is the same of the document in the application, i.e. if you print on A4, your document should be set to A4. Sometimes you may receive a document by email with different paper format from what you expect. Reformat the document as setting the page size to your loaded in the printer one.

Changing Cartridge

Hi:
Your Laserjet 3330 uses a toner cartridge, HP15, and to swap it out, you open the door just below the control panel, or above the paper tray. Once opened, the toner can be removed and replaced easily! Close the door after the new toner is installed, and you are good to go!

Problems with hp laserjet 3330

suspect either worn ADF(automatic document feeder) pickup roller or there is a jam in the ADF unit where the paper feeds to the scanner.

Printer error as stated "Printer Mispick [Enter] to resume." There was a mispick but that was corrected; however the error message is constant.

Hi:
I own a HP Laserjet 3330, and usually all that it takes to fix this problem is cleaning off the paper pick up roller with a damp cloth.

It is having trouble picking up the paper sheets, and you will get the error time after time. It seems that the recycled paper is worse than others. Remember to use a cloth dampened with only water, as other cleaners will dry out the pick up roller

Scanner Error power on power off

there is a sensor in the paper feeder tray which is also connected to the scanner area that sensor is bit moved from its orignal position or is slightly broken while the paper jam or while removing the paper jam.

HP Laserjet 3330 with Windows Vista

no you cannot print on both sides automatically.you have to give the prints 2 times.at first the paper will print on 1 side then insert the same paper in the printer and give the remaining printout and it will print on the back side of the same paper.as you can do it manually but the automatic printing on both side facility is not in HP Laserjet 3330 printers.
