I can not get videos on my mp3 player and it is very frustrating

you might want to delete some items that is the only way you can get more memory

Your MP3 Player does not support the .avi format so it will not play the A/V file.

You need to find out what type of format your specific Mp3 video player supports. This should be outlined in the user manual or on the manufacturer's website. Once you find that out you will need to convert the file to this. There are a multitude of video formats. Sometimes the manufacturer will provide the software with the product but other times you will have to purchase it. If you do have to purchase it make sure you get a program that is flexible with multiple file formats just in case you get a different video player. Also you may have to tweek the format a little bit some players will play a certain file, say AVI, but only at certain frames per second. So don't get frustrated if the video you compress and download onto your player doesn't work it might need to be formatted at a different rate.... hope this helps

first put in the cd rom that came with it into your computer ,than download it from the cd , pick a video and download it

try restarting both the phone and the computer, please let me know what happens after you try to resync it again.
