Tai My laptop acer aspire 4530. My crystal webcam can't work even I already uninstalled and reinstalled both Suyin and Bison s/w. Most of the display no video (no display, just blank). Suddenly it works, it's only once and very rare. Please help. thank you very much.

I understand that you have tried Suyin and Bison drivers. Have you tried using a Logitech compatible driver?

Alternately and simple, if the problem is with an APPCRASH : Acer Crystal Eye webcam.exe,
then pls try removing all the contents of your Picture Folder and relocating them, leave the folder empty/blank.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.
