Setting time is not in manual that we received, however, we did get a separate sheet:
Buttons top left-right are
A - Clock adjustment
B - Operating Mode selecting
C - Override
Buttons bottom left-right are:
D - -
E - Programmes
F - +
To set clock:
1 - Push A
2 - When the DAY and the CLOCK icons on the LCD are flashing use + and - (D and F). You should set the day of the week (1 = Monday, 7 = Sunday). To confirm the day press A.
3 - The HOUR and CLOCK are flashing use + and -. Confirm with A.
4 - MINUTES and CLOCK are flashing use + and -. Confirm with A.
My LCD is not working correctly, so I have to press the screen gently to see what icons are displaying. Annoying.

D2 is not a fault what that means is delay and 2 refers to CH which means the boiler has gone into standby mode. you need to check that your CH circut is open, there is a filter on the return valve into boiler make sure this is not blocked. If this is blocked the water is just going though the boiler by-pass so then the boiler thinks its up to temp. hope this helps

Take the front cover off by lifting and unhooking. look in the manual to locate the diverter valve. Tap the diverter valve softly with scredriver or something you can get to it with, it should free it it from sticking. This has worked for me twice. Try the boiler before replacing the cover. Make sure you turn the boiler off at the mains before touching anything whilst the cover is removed.
