I got the same problem when I rotated a picture on my camera using my computer and then tried to view it using the camera. after some research I got to know that cameras can't read a picture after it has been edited out of the camera.
You would also get this message if the memory card is damaged following extensive use (which is quite natural with flash memory) in which case you would have to buy a new card.

Your camera lens is already misaligned, so that Lens Error occur, it will not disappear unless the lens is disassemble, aligned the mechanism of lens ( the proper synchronication of mechanical parts) and assemble.
If you cannot do it, send it to the your nearest camera service center, call them first if they can accept repair on your Nikon Coolpix S210, how much, if repaired how many months will be the warranty.

You have to send it to the manufacturer, or, if you are lucky to find one, someone who specializes in repairing electronics with parts cannibalized from other broken units. I say that because most probably the cost of repairing the screen may almost equal the cost of buying a new camera. If you decide to retire it take out any batteries and memory cards for possible reuse.
Your camera may still work connected to a computer for some tasks you make think up (but probably not as a web camera).

Your problem may be due to corrosion on the battery contacts inside the camera which can prevent the full power of the batteries from flowing into the camera. Try this free fix before you do anything else: remove the batteries and wipe the camera contacts firmly with a dry cloth (heavy corrosion may require cleaning with a wire brush, steel wool, or sandpaper). Remove any residue that may have fallen into the battery compartment during cleaning, then wipe both ends of the batteries and place them back in the camera. This cleaning clears the problem about 90% of the time. If it doesn't work for you, the camera may have a problem that requires professional repair.

but good news is all brands are doing this free of charge repairs sony, fuji, canon , olympus all, some models have service advisories issued and some are not noticed as all do not complain so u can get it repaired free even if u are out of warranty and even if ur camera is not on service advisory list tell them abt BAD CCD and they will understand and take ur repairs free of charge do not accept any charges for repairs as it is the manufacturing fault of CCD units tell them u know about it !
