I need a bumper bar for the obaby zezu. Where can i find one??

Slide under the bumper and look on the back side of it. You will find the bolts that attach it to the body.

You gotta first remove the front bumper cover which is usually torx screws and clips. Grille needs to be removed too.
Once off the main crossmember will be bolted onto the chassis legs by four bolts each side.

If you have a 2011 model Zapp Xtra seat unit the bumper bar is not suitable to use on it.

The bumper bar accessory is only suitable for 2012 model Zapp Xtra seat unit onward. On the back of the seat unit there is a manufacturing sticker which shows date of production, which will tell you if your seat is suitable for using bumper bar accessory.

Check this Removal Procedure...



1. Remove the rear bumper step pads.
2. Remove the license plate lamps.
3. Remove the nuts and the bolts that retain the rear bumper impact bar to the bumper bracket.
4. Remove the rear bumper impact bar from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure



Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

1. Install the rear bumper impact bar to the vehicle as follows:

1.1. Position the bumper impact bar on the bumper brackets so that the holes in the impact bar are aligned with the bracket holes.
1.2. Install 2 bolt plates and 4 nuts on top of the impact bar.
1.3. Install 2 bolt and nuts through the bottom of the impact bar. Tighten the rear bumper impact bar nuts to 90 N.m (66 lb ft).

2. Install the license plate lamps.
3. Install the rear bumper step pads.

No the bumper bar accessory is not compatible with Quinny Zapp Xtra 2011 model.

Bumper bar accessory can only be fitted to 2012 and 2013 model.

hi not sure if these will help they are from the apollo version most double buggies fold tthe same
just double check with images if they look the same then these will work
