You can check the small contacts on the carts, that they are clean and contacting the sensors on the carriage in the printer when you snap them in. Also, double-check your printer cable, that it hasn't jiggled loose where it connects to the printer or the other end, on the computer.Make sure that you have removed the tap from the head of ink cartridge. Then take out the cartridges and after some time ,snap it back.Then align the cartridge and then run the cleaning cycle.You can also Try to disconnect the power and computer for 10 minutes, then reconnect just the power and turn on.

Also try to upgrade the latest driver of this printer and see if it works
